About Oogie's Gourmet Popcorn

Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, the Oogie's team creates delicious and interesting snacks. The company was founded by a group of friends who couldn’t find the healthy, flavorful snacks they wanted. The experience led them to create Oogie’s, which was named in honor of their dearly departed college roommate.

Using just a handful of premium, quality ingredients, Oogie’s offers a range of snacking options, including popcorn, seasonings, and exciting new offerings such as puffcorn and chickpea rings. All Oogie’s items are gluten-free, non-GMO, and made with all-natural ingredients. Oogie’s are available across the US.  

 

Quality & Sustainability

Our manufacturing facilities are not only the source of our awesome snacks, they’re a source of pride: to ensure the highest level of quality assurance and food safety, our plants are gold certified and regularly audited by the leading international accredited food testing and consulting network in the world. In addition, our faculties are also certified SQF Level 2, achieving gold standard for food safety.

We’re also committed to contributing towards a green future by ensuring our packaging components are earth friendly. Our shipping cartons, inner trays and display units are 100% recyclable and compostable. Our cardboard suppliers offset carbon consumption and are a source of renewable energy via biofuel, producing their own natural gas at the paper mills. With each box made, we are a net producer of energy.

 

Community

We believe that art is a powerful tool- both on a macro level to help reshape society, and on a micro level to empower youth, where it can help develop creativity, talent, determination and courage.

Philanthropic efforts that include sponsoring Colorado-related concert series and other music-related endeavors, as well as festivals such as the Telluride Film Festival.  

Oogie’s Snacks also proudly partners with organizations such as PlatteForum, an organization that connects youth and artists with the resources to reach their full potential while addressing the social issues that matter most to them and their communities; and Youth On Record, an organization that inspires at-risk youth to see the potential for a better life. Additionally, we support other organizations such as Junior Achievement, Second Wind Fund, Ray of Hope Cancer Foundation, Parkinson Association of the Rockies, and Imagine!.
