Shipping Info
We offer $7.50 ground shipping per item, within the Continental United States addresses only. Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered and your location. Please allow between 2 to 8 business days for arrival.

There is a $10 flat rate fee for shipping to AFO/FPO addresses due to USPS charges.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.) Your credit card will be charged once you place your order. 

Return Policy
Satisfaction guaranteed, if you do not like what you received please email: customercare@oogiesnacks.com and we'll make it right! Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable unless it is our error in shipping. A fifty percent Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns (Sorry No Cash Refunds).

Return Instructions
If you wish to return an item purchased on Oogiesnacks.com, please follow the steps below.

1. Submit the original invoice in return package. Be sure you retain a copy of the invoice for your records.

3. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx or Parcel Post. Be aware that return shipping fees are not refundable.
